Laz, Reece and team are amazing at going above and beyond in customer service, communication, and honest professional and mechanics. Don't get them mistaken for All Jap Cars. There is a world of difference. Vertical Automotive has come to my rescue not once, but twice after I have lost money and trust in All Jap Cars as a result of their poor customer service and shady mechanic work. I call Laz Mr. Wolf because he and his team cleaned up after their mess and got the job done well. They even gave my car a complimentary car wash and detail! I can't say enough about Vertical Automotive. They have earned my trust as a valued customer. Their process includes am in depth exam of your car, photos of whaat is wrong, and break down of what needs to be fixed by priority of most urgent to not as urgent. This is key for helping me budget for repairs and building trust in their professionalism.

I brought in my 02 Celica for a front suspension noise. Turned out to be (understandably) a bunch of worn out part on a 23 year old car. They provided a comprehensive, lay-person summary of all the issues needing attention. They even provided photos of the indicated wear and tear items -- this is a first in my 35+ years of car service provider experience. I detail that I wish more service shops practiced. After a bit of sticker shock for the cost of replacing several front suspension parts, I gave consent to complete the work. The staff was pleasant and very communicative (via text alerts) regarding the status of repairs and estimated completion time. It was completed when promised which was about a day. The drive feel is much improved and so far, so good. With my wallet now $3K lighter, I reckon it certainly should be. I will say that I understand that quality service isn't usually cheap but I may shop around a bit more next time. Overall, Vertical Auto does live up to the high ratings that brought me in to try them out.
